Lois Lutz claims her title is N.S. “Nothing Special.” As Bali Hai's office manager, bookkeeper, plus real estate agent, she does whatever it takes to get the job done. With years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, Lois and staff will keep everything running smoothly while Bali Hai's agents find you the best home or vacation rental!

Lois starts off each day replying to your messages so that all your concerns and questions are taken care of promptly. She can find the solution to any problem, and never has a dull moment in taking care of all the different tasks that cross her desk.

Bali Hai has a great ohana, but when Lois isn't in the office, she's taking advantage of the many activities Kauai has to offer. She's traveled extensively throughout the USA and lived around the globe, but settled in Kauai, where there are countless fun things to do. You can often find her mountain biking, participating in adventure swims, or training for triathlons. She also enjoys catching a movie or just enjoying a giant tub of ice cream.

Lois has been with Bali Hai Realty since 1998, and has a B.A. in Business and Economics from Hendrix College, Arkansas.
