The moment Erin first stepped foot on Kaua'i, she knew she was home. While the beauty of the 'aina and the ocean captivates us all, it was the people that enlightened her soul. It was pure Aloha.
From that moment, she made a pledge to perpetuate Hawaiian culture by striving to only engage in pono practices for pono purposes. She brings this same commitment into her work, believing it is only through integrity that great communities thrive.
Erin has invested the past 25 years into learning all facets of the real estate industry, beginning with mortgage banking, where she worked directly with FannieMae while participating in the pilot phase of their All-in-1 Construction loan program. She then pivoted into Estate and HOA management, where she gained experience in conservation land stewardship, architectural design review and wildlife preservation.
Erin entered Hawaii real estate in 2012, first specializing in escrow transaction management. During that time, she worked with many different agents across all the Hawaiian islands, servicing a large volume of transactions. This experience gifted her with a deep and broad understanding of the unique Hawaii real estate market, while forging critical partnerships that help assist her clients throughout the entire state.
Her ohana is everything to her. Through the support of their strong roots and loving guidance, she is able to live a life of purpose and passion. Her happy place is in, on or around the ocean, with the love of her life and ultimate waterman, Makai, and all the species of the sea.
