Hanalei Moon

Yesterday was considered to be a super moon event – when the new or full moon is at or near its closest approach to earth in a given orbit.

Driving to work early this morning I was treated to a spectacularly clear sky and the moon in all its glory as it was about to disappear above the Wainiha ridge. Mind you, I’m no professional photographer as you can see from my photos, but hopefully you can see the beauty in the view. Enjoy!
